Welcome to Villa Atalaya, a cozy and charming tiny villa designed for comfort, privacy, and breathtaking views. Perfect for couples or small families, the villa offers all the essentials for a relaxing stay surrounded by nature.

Inside, the villa features:

  • A cozy living room with airconditioning, a wood-burning fireplace, a sofa bed, and large windows offering spectacular views of the Mediterranean coast

  • A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and ceramic hob

High-speed Starlink satellite internet, so you stay connected even in this peaceful setting

It is an ideal place to go hiking and mountaineering in the heart of nature.

 Enjoy the beauty of Andalusia with thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces:

  • A rooftop terrace with stunning panoramic views — perfect for morning coffee or stargazing at night

  • A gas barbecue setup for family cookouts

  • A private pool (capacity: 11m3 liters, dimensions: 3 meters wide x 4.5 meters long)

The villa is set in a fully illuminated, private environment with exclusive access. The road to the property is well-signposted, with approximately 50 meters of well-maintained dirt track leading from the main road to the villa.

The Owners – David & Tatiana

We are David and Tatiana, proud owners of Villa Atalaya.

Long before we met, David would take frequent walks in the area, always dreaming of one day owning this very property. In 2020, during the quiet days of the pandemic, those walks became part of our daily routine. One day, Tatiana suggested reaching out to the then-owner, who lived abroad.

With hope in our hearts, we wrote a handwritten letter and mailed it — and then waited, full of excitement. Months later, the answer arrived, and to our joy, the property became ours.

The house had been unoccupied for nearly 15 years, but with the help of David’s father and a few close friends, we lovingly renovated Villa Atalaya into what it is today: a peaceful, private haven surrounded by nature. A place we’re proud to share.

This villa has already given us many unforgettable moments with family and friends — and we truly hope it does the same for you.

Our stay at La Atalaya was just great! The view, the Pool, the house and the surroundings are tremendous. The communication with the owner was proactive, quick and easy. Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation.

This is a fantastic mountain getaway. The views are incredible, both day & night. 25 mins to the nearest big town, you def need a car for this one. 10 mins drive from Hiking areas, we hiked twice during our stay. Wifi is great, we worked for a couple of days in the beautiful outdoor space. We cooked on the gas BBQ a couple of times too. You are not overlooked by neighbors which adds to the experience. The pool area is perfect for 2, the infinity pool has amazing views. Great comms from the hosts.

Our experience at La Atalaya was absolutely amazing. The tranquility and serenity of the place were truly restorative. The accommodation was not only immaculately clean but also exuded a stylish charm. However, what truly stole the show was the breathtaking view from the pool and rooftop, which was nothing short of incredible. While our stay at La Atalaya was truly wonderful, there was a slight hiccup with the internet due to a severe storm before our arrival. It would have been helpful to have been informed that the internet couldn't be restored during our stay, but it ultimately added to the overall sense of seclusion and relaxation.

L'extérieur avec sa vue panoramique sur la ville de Málaga est magnifique la journée comme la nuit plus la piscine qui complète bal!!! C'est l'endroit idéal pour passer un moment pour décompresser et pour se vider la tête et bien recharger les batteries en même temps. Merci Tatiana on a passé un très bon séjour.
